The NDI is seeking to hire a Deputy Chief of Party to support its political party development program in Pakistan. The position is based in Islamabad, Pakistan and available in July 2015.

The Chief Information Officer (CIO) provides leadership, directs technology strategy and is responsible for overall management of all technology support and programs. The CIO also is responsible for establishing strategic partnerships, identifying opportunities to secure program funding and leading the institute’s information security efforts. NDI is a global organization running production business systems and regularly conducting program activities abroad during non-US business hours, thus this job requires the team leader to be accessible at any time as needed (including evenings and weekends).

NDI is seeking a Program Manager to work as part of its Monitoring, Evaluation & Learning (MEL) team in supporting the Institute’s capacity to monitor, evaluate and learn from its programs.

NDI is seeking an expert with extensive experience in political party development to provide technical assistance and continuous coaching to political parties in Algeria with a focus on citizen outreach, communications and party structure strengthening. This position is based in Algiers but includes regular travel throughout Algeria. The Resident Program Manager will report to NDI’s Resident Director. The estimated start date for this position is May 1, 2015, and the position will run through March 31, 2016, with possibility of extension.

NDI seeks a resident director (chief of party) to implement a four-year, multi-million dollar USAID technical assistance program to improve political competition and government accountability in Cambodia. The program works to strengthen democratic systems and increase the participation and leadership of women and youth in electoral and political processes.

The Director of Global Security and Operations will be responsible for mitigating risk inherent in the security environments in which NDI operates through security and emergency planning, orientation and training, and response to incidents.
